PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Order Information may include name, billing address, shipping address, email, telephone, products ordered, and payment information required for checkout. SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use Shopify to power our online store. Shopify Payments handles complete payment credentials; Bmxdk does not directly receive or store complete card numbers or security codes. Necessary information may be shared with hosting, payment, fraud-prevention, analytics, communication, and delivery providers. We also use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site.
BEHAVIORAL ADVERTISING

YOUR RIGHTS
For customers in Singapore, the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) may provide rights to request access or correction and to withdraw consent, subject to lawful exceptions. Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for orders, support, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, security, and legal obligations. Administrative, technical, and service-provider safeguards are used, but no internet system is entirely risk-free. The store is not directed to children. Third-party websites have their own privacy practices.
